White-label editing for marketing agencies

Short-form editing for agencies, cut to each client's style.

Each month you get a set number of client-ready Reels, TikToks and Shorts, edited from your footage and delivered under your agency's name. Every client brand has its own style profile. Our editors work US Central business hours, and a second person checks every short before you see it.

The pilot is $199 for 3 standard shorts for 1 client brand. There's no checkout on this site. If it's a fit, we send an invoice.

Built for agencies that post video for several client brands

Take on more client video without hiring another editor. You know what you're getting each month, when it arrives, and how it'll look for each brand.

Tandemcut is built for US social media and content agencies of about 3 to 50 people with several recurring client brands, in any vertical. We edit the short-form styles agencies post most: talking heads, day-in-the-life and lifestyle vlogs, behind-the-scenes, events, product, UGC and creator-style, podcast clips, and restaurant and food & beverage. Our editors already edit short-form content every week, including food & beverage brands.

A good fit if you:

  • Post short-form video for 2 or more client brands every month.
  • Come back from shoot days with more footage than your team can edit that week.
  • Want a set number of finished shorts each month, not a bank of editor hours.
  • Need each client's videos to look like that client.
  • Post a mix of styles: talking heads, day-in-the-life vlogs, behind-the-scenes, event recaps, product and UGC-style shorts.
  • Need your clients to see your agency's name and no one else's.
  • Run paid social and need hook or CTA variations cut from footage you already have.
  • Serve multi-location brands that need the same promo with a different end card per location.

Not a fit if you need:

  • Filming, scriptwriting, strategy, posting or community management. Those stay with your agency.
  • Mostly animation-heavy edits, 3D, scripted spots or videos over 2 minutes. Those are outside our plans and quoted separately.
  • Single videos with no monthly volume. We sell the $199 pilot and monthly plans only.

Concept frames — illustrative, not client work

Same kind of footage. Three client styles.

A brand profile turns one editing process into three different looks. These three brands are made up to show how profiles work. They are not clients.

What you can count on

  1. A set number of shorts, not an hour bank.

Plans include 12, 24 or 40 standard shorts a month. A published table shows what counts as one. You can quote your clients against it.

  2. A style profile for every client brand.

Each brand gets its own profile and folders. Editors work from the profile, and QA checks every short against it.

  3. White-label from brief to delivery.

There's no Tandemcut name or logo on any video or file we deliver. Drafts go into your own shared folder, so anything your client sees comes from you. We don't contact your clients unless you ask us to in writing.

  4. US Central business hours.

Editors work Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CT. Every plan includes a weekly status note.

  5. A second check on every short.

Before you see a draft, a second person checks it against the brief and the brand profile.

Brief → edit → review → deliver

  1. Target: intake within 1 business day

    1. Brief

Add footage to the brand's shared folder and a brief to the request board. Anything in by 12:00pm CT counts as received that business day. Within 1 business day, we accept the brief or come back with questions.

  2. Target: first draft within 3 business days

    2. Edit

The short enters production within your weekly pace. The first-draft target is 3 business days from the day it enters production. A second person checks it before it reaches you.

  3. Target: revisions within 2 business days

    3. Review

We deliver the draft into your agency's own shared folder (your Google Drive or Dropbox), with no Tandemcut branding. Send one consolidated, timestamped list of notes per round on the request board. Each short includes 2 rounds, and revisions come back within 2 business days (1 for minor fixes).

  4. Target: within 1 business day of approval

    4. Deliver

Once you approve, final exports land in your shared folder within 1 business day: one primary aspect ratio plus one more. Project files come per your plan.

Illustrative example — not a real agency or real clients

One month, four client brands

Here's how one month on a Growth plan (24 standard shorts, 4 client brands, up to 6 new shorts started a week) could look.

One illustrative Growth month: requests and how they count
Client brandThis month's requestsCounts as
Brand A · neighborhood taqueria (fictional)8 food and promo shorts from two shoot days8
Brand B · boutique hotel bar (fictional)6 slower, mood-led shorts for the fall menu6
Brand C · multi-location smoothie chain (fictional)1 master promo, 6 location end cards (two sets of 3) and 2 standard shorts1 + 2 + 2 = 5
Brand D · craft brewery taproom (fictional)One 90-second founder story shot on 3 cameras, plus 3 standard shorts2 + 3 = 5
Total24

You set the priority order. We start up to 6 a week, so this month runs in four batches of 6. Each brand keeps its own profile and folders, so notes for Brand B stay with Brand B.

Your clients stay your clients

Nothing we deliver carries our name. Videos have no Tandemcut logo, credit or watermark. Drafts and final files go into your own shared folder, so anything your client sees comes from your agency. Present the work as your agency's.

We don't contact your clients. If you ever want us to, ask in writing. We'll copy you on every message.

Who owns Tandemcut. Tandemcut is a registered assumed name (DBA). Its owner also runs a marketing agency. Ownership details are shared on request. It's fair to worry about an editing partner that's connected to another agency, so we put the safeguards in writing:

  • No solicitation. Neither Tandemcut nor any affiliated company will pitch, accept work from, or market to your clients. That applies during the partnership and for 12 months after it ends.

  • A conflict check before work starts. You list the client brands we'll edit. We check them against our own and our affiliated companies' current client lists and tell you about any overlap before we begin.

  • Your information stays in the work. What we learn through your work is used only to deliver that work. It's not shared with any affiliated company's sales or marketing.

What's true today

Tandemcut is new. Here's what we can show you now, and what we can't show yet.

True today

  • Our editors already edit short-form content every week, including food & beverage brands.
  • Three real edits cut by our editors are on our Editing styles page and above: a talking head, a day-in-the-life and a restaurant cinematic. Each is labeled "Real edit".
  • People edit every short. A second person checks each one before you see it.
  • Plans are fixed quantities with published rules. The conversion table, the service clock and the partner policy are all on this site.
  • The non-solicitation is written into our partner terms, and it covers every affiliated company.

Not here yet

  • Partner case studies. Our first partner case studies will appear here once agencies approve them.
  • Partner quotes, view counts or results. We'll publish them only when they're real and approved.
  • A real sample for every format. Three of the nine formats on our Editing styles page have a real edit today. The other six are shown as edit outlines, and they're labeled that way.

Your own footage is the best test. That's what the $199 pilot is for.

Questions agencies ask

Is this built for an agency like mine?

Probably, if you're a US social media or content agency that posts short-form video for several client brands each month, in any vertical. We're set up for agencies of about 3 to 50 people. We edit the short-form styles agencies post most: talking heads, day-in-the-life and lifestyle vlogs, behind-the-scenes, events, product, UGC and creator-style, podcast clips, and restaurant and food & beverage. We also cut hook and CTA variations for paid social teams. We're not a fit if you need filming, scripts, posting or animation-heavy work.

Who is behind Tandemcut?

Tandemcut is a registered assumed name (DBA). Its owner also runs a marketing agency. Our editors already edit short-form content every week, including food & beverage brands. Because Tandemcut's owner also runs an agency, the protections for your clients are in writing: a non-solicitation that covers Tandemcut and every affiliated company, a conflict check before work starts, and a rule that nothing we learn through your work goes to any affiliated company's sales or marketing. Ownership details are shared on request. Read the partner policy.

Will you contact my clients?

No. We don't contact your clients unless you ask us to in writing, and we copy you on any contact. Neither Tandemcut nor any affiliated company will pitch, accept work from, or market to your clients during the partnership and for 12 months after it ends. If any of your clients already worked with us or an affiliated company before the partnership, we tell you during onboarding, before any work starts.

Who owns the files?

Once they're paid for, final videos belong to your agency, or to your client if your contract with them says so. We use your footage only to deliver your work. We never show it in a portfolio without your written permission. Project files are available on request: $25 per project on Starter, included on Growth and Scale. They can reference fonts, music or stock that need your own licences. We keep working files for 30 days after approval, then archive them. Archives are deleted 90 days after approval unless you ask us to keep them longer. If you cancel, we export the files you request within 10 business days, then delete them.

What does my subscription actually buy?

A set number of standard shorts each month: 12 on Starter ($1,190), 24 on Growth ($2,090) and 40 on Scale ($3,290, by application). You get 2, 4 or 6 client brands, each with its own style profile and folders. Your plan also sets your weekly pace: we start up to 3, 6 or 10 new shorts a week. Every short includes English captions, sound cleanup, a music bed, basic color correction, your brand's text styles, a logo bug, an end card, up to 3 callouts, 2 aspect ratios, 2 revision rounds and a QA check. Every plan includes email support, a shared request board and a weekly status note. Growth adds a monthly 20-minute planning call. Scale adds a monthly call and a named backup editor for each brand. Unused shorts roll over for one month, up to half your allowance.

What counts as one short?

One finished video concept, up to 60 seconds long. It's edited from up to 15 minutes of organized footage (or timestamps from a longer recording), with up to 2 speakers and 2 camera angles, and exported in up to 2 aspect ratios. A short counts as 2 if it runs 61–120 seconds, needs 16–45 minutes of footage reviewed, has 3 or more angles or speakers, needs LOG grading, or is a multi-scene UGC ad matched to a script. Anything over 2 minutes, or animation-heavy, is quoted separately. The conversion table covers every case, with worked examples.

How do you keep multiple client brands consistent?

Every client brand gets its own style profile. It covers logo, fonts, colors, caption style, music direction, end card, CTA wording and a do-and-don't list. Editors work from the profile, and a second person checks every short against it. Each brand also has its own folders and its own notes on the request board, so files and feedback stay separate.

Can I see the editing quality?

Yes. Our Editing styles page shows three real edits cut by our editors: a 40-second talking-head walkthrough, a 6-second day-in-the-life and a 14-second restaurant cinematic, each labeled "Real edit". The other formats are shown as edit outlines, and each one says so. Work we do for partner agencies belongs to them and their clients, so we don't show it without written permission. The best test is your own footage: the $199 pilot gets you 3 finished shorts for one of your client brands.

What happens after I submit footage?

Put the footage in the brand's folder and the brief on the request board. Anything in by 12:00pm CT counts as received that business day. Within 1 business day, we accept the brief or come back with questions. The short then joins your weekly queue in your priority order. The first draft is due within 3 business days of the short entering production, and a second person checks it before you see it. The draft is delivered into your own shared folder, with no Tandemcut branding. You send one consolidated, timestamped list of notes per round on the request board, then approve. Final files land in the same folder within 1 business day of approval.

How fast are first drafts?

Within 3 business days of a short entering production. That target applies to each short within your weekly pace (3, 6 or 10 new shorts a week). A batch of 24 is scheduled across several weeks, not drafted in 3 days. For the pilot, all three drafts arrive within 5 business days of accepting the brief. Rush is available when capacity allows: the first draft arrives the next business day if you ask before 12:00pm CT, and it counts as 1 extra short.

How do revisions and deadlines work?

Each short includes 2 revision rounds. Send one consolidated list of notes per round, and the revision comes back within 2 business days (1 for minor fixes). If the mistake is ours, fixing it is free and doesn't use a round. A third round on the same short counts as 1 more short. A new direction, a new message, or footage added after editing starts counts as a new short. So do changes after you've approved a short (our errors are still fixed free). Business days are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CT, excluding US federal holidays and Dec 24–Jan 1.

What if you miss a deadline?

If a first draft is more than 2 business days late for reasons within our control, we credit you 1 standard short in the next cycle. Late footage, missing brief details and holidays don't count as our delay. Credits are capped at 25% of that month's shorts. This credit is our only remedy for late drafts. There are no cash refunds and no open-ended guarantees. The credit applies to monthly plans.

Can we use our own music?

Yes, and we ask you to. The music bed uses a licensed track your agency supplies, and your licence needs to cover your client's use, including paid ads if the short runs as an ad. If you'd rather add a trending in-app sound when you post, say so in the brief and we'll leave the music bed empty. We don't use CapCut's music library for client work, and we don't cut in audio downloaded from social apps.

What footage works?

Footage your agency or your client shot and has the rights to. It can be from a phone or a camera, vertical or horizontal. For a standard short, send up to 15 minutes of organized footage, or timestamps from a longer recording, with up to 2 speakers and 2 camera angles. For talking heads, clear audio matters most. LOG footage that needs grading counts as 2. If footage won't work, we tell you at intake, before any editing starts.

How can I test the service?

Start a $199 pilot. You get 3 standard shorts for 1 client brand, with first drafts within 5 business days after we accept the brief and 2 revision rounds per short. If you subscribe within 14 days of final delivery, the full $199 comes off your first month. If we can't accept your brief, we refund you in full before starting. Once editing has started, there's no refund. There's one pilot per agency.

What is the next step?

Fill in the pilot form. It has 8 questions and no payment step. We reply by email within 1 business day to set up a 15-minute fit call, or to answer your questions by email if you prefer. If it's a fit, we check for client conflicts and send a $199 invoice.

Do you film, write scripts or post for us?

No. We edit footage you supply. Filming, scriptwriting, strategy, posting and community management stay with your agency. If you write the hook lines, we'll cut them.

Can we pause or cancel?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, as long as we get notice at least 7 days before your next billing date. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and we finish any work in progress. There are no refunds for partial months. You can pause once every 12 months for up to one billing month, with 7 days' notice before renewal. Rollover balances are held during a pause.

Try it on one client brand.

$199 covers 3 standard shorts for 1 client brand, with first drafts within 5 business days of accepting your brief. If you subscribe within 14 days of final delivery, the full $199 comes off your first month.
